Kore.ai’s platform is designed to be highly intuitive, allowing users to access large language models seamlessly from a high level without requiring a deep understanding of complex workflows or logic. Users can effortlessly construct a conversational interface within Kore.ai’s platform using a drag-and-drop interface. This interface facilitates crafting key elements such as prompts, messages, and the underlying thought processes that drive generative AI chatbots. Additionally, the platform enables teams to collaborate and co-design workflows securely. It includes a mechanism for sharing designs with external audiences and facilitating feedback and approval processes.
Chatbots created with the platform can be customized to suit the organization’s specific needs or deployed from pre-built, domain-trained models tailored to banking, healthcare, and retail industries.
