Kore.ai provides an enterprise-grade no-code platform that enables companies of all sizes to deliver AI-powered business interactions safely, responsibly, and within budget. These AI-driven experiences encompass a wide range, from conversational chatbots to generative AI applications, such as product suggesters or virtual assistants.

In addition to FTV Capital, the funding round saw participation from AI chipmaker giant Nvidia Corp. and other existing backers, including Vistara Growth, NextEquity, Sweetwater PE, Nicola, and Beedie. Kore.ai had previously raised USD 73.5 million from an extended Series C round in November 2021, with support from Vistara Growth, PNC Bank, and Nvidia, among others.

“We have been working with advanced AI for a decade now – our deep technology expertise and market understanding put us in a prime position to take advantage of the momentum and to do AI right to meet growing customer needs,” said Raj Koneru, the founder and CEO of Kore.ai. “Sitting above the infrastructure layer and LLM chaos, our open approach grants businesses freedom of choice with built-in guardrails for effective AI implementation.”

Kore.ai’s platform is designed to be highly intuitive, allowing users to access large language models seamlessly from a high level without requiring a deep understanding of complex workflows or logic. Users can effortlessly construct a conversational interface within Kore.ai’s platform using a drag-and-drop interface. This interface facilitates crafting key elements such as prompts, messages, and the underlying thought processes that drive generative AI chatbots. Additionally, the platform enables teams to collaborate and co-design workflows securely. It includes a mechanism for sharing designs with external audiences and facilitating feedback and approval processes.

Chatbots created with the platform can be customized to suit the organization’s specific needs or deployed from pre-built, domain-trained models tailored to banking, healthcare, and retail industries. Users can effortlessly build and manage virtual assistants for a diverse range of roles, including those in information technology, human resources, and customer service. These virtual assistants can serve as guides for customer-facing interactions or as internal knowledge bases for employees.

Several Fortune 2000 companies integrate Kore.ai’s tools into their workflows to elevate customer and employee experiences. The company’s customer base comprises major financial institutions like PNC Bank, prominent global banks, and renowned global brands such as AT and T Inc., Coca-Cola Co., Cigna Group, Airbus SE, and Roche Holding AG.
