  • The three new Vertex AI products Lytics has developed utilizing Google Cloud are the foundation for the three new AI tools.
  • The technology, according to the startup, makes it simpler to stream data from an organization’s internal systems into its CDP.

Lytics Inc., a venture-backed analytics business, utilized Google Cloud’s platform to create three new artificial intelligence services for users.

Lytics, based in Portland, offers a customer data platform or CDP with the same name. Companies can combine consumer data from many internal systems into a single repository using a CDP application. Records that are kept in one location are simpler to locate and examine.

Since its 2012 debut, Lytics has raised more than USD 58 million in funding for its CDP. Large companies, including Nestle SA and Land O’Lakes Inc., use the startup’s platform.

Kevin Ichhpurani, Vice President of Channels and global partner ecosystem at Google Cloud, said, “By deepening our partnership with Lytics, a true leader in user-centric experiences built with generative AI and first-party data, we look forward to helping industries digitally transform their customer experiences.”

Lyrics’ three new AI tools designed with Google Cloud are based on the search engine’s Vertex AI product set. The startup specifically used the large language models that Vertex AI released earlier this year. Since the models are accessible through APIs, integrating them into programs like CDP services is not too difficult.

Schema Copilot is the name of Lytics’ first new AI-powered tool. The tool, according to the startup, makes it simpler to stream data from an organization’s internal systems into its CDP.

Information is frequently stored in various ways by different systems. For instance, one marketing tool might utilize three spreadsheet columns to organize consumer purchase logs, while a competitor provider would only use two. Before processing can start, records that have been moved into a CDP must be arranged in a standard manner.

Schema Copilot automates most of the work using Google’s AI technology. Data from several sources can be automatically compiled into a single, unified format with the program. Additionally, it has the ability to recognize and remove inaccurate records.

Audience Generator is the second AI product that Lytics has added to its platform. It enables marketing teams to use natural language commands to communicate with the client data they save on the startup platform.

Marketers can develop customer segments with the help of CDP services. For instance, a user could construct a segment comprising online buyers who frequently purchase on some particular day of the week. It is easier to complete activities like developing personalized buying suggestions when consumer data is organized this way.

Earlier, developing customer segments needed knowledge of SQL query syntax. The new Audience Generator tool from Lytics promises to streamline the process by enabling users to complete the task using natural language prompts. The business claims that in some situations, the tool can reduce the need for SQL skills by a factor of five.

Customer Profile Contextual Chatbot is the third artificial intelligence (AI) tool that Lytics has developed in collaboration with Google Cloud. It is an AI assistant made for jobs like responding to frequently asked questions about products. Google Cloud claims that the chatbot can personalize its responses to every user depending on a business’s client information in its Lytics environment.
